Another thing i have noticed, prime95 seems to produce more heat and complete ram usage, beter than anything else so far. What do you guys think about the burn-in program from intel?

What is a SAFE core temp for the QX9650? It looks like the max temp in the spec sheet is 65c, which is hard for me to obtain @ 3.8 Ghz on the DX38BT, but easy on the Asus FE (including core temps).

The Asus FE has some serious RAM problems at 4 slots full though, havnt had a successfull set of ram in the FE @ 4 slots yet even at no OC. Where are you oh perfect motherboard! (975XBX2)

Are you sure you have applied your thermal paste correctly ? I get no higher than 45C or so with mine @ 3.4 at load.
