wut are you saying ? I dont think its a bios ver thing as ive used all of them before, but I didnt explain myself good I guess

But Ive had this mobo for over a yr and its always worked but the past 2-3m its been like this and I wanted to kow if I have to RMA or is there a way to fix it ?

but ive always used 1.45v on the NB now I need 1.55v to get my oc stable at 3.6GHz and 1.55v-core before I only needed 1.5375 something like that but IDK what happened to the Chipset Ive updated it using the newer ver. at ASUS Intel Chipset Inf Update Program

and the temps are good if your about the volts the cpu-nb-sb-gpu are all on water

and another thing before I was able to get 450 bus with 1.25v on the NB with MEM at 1:1 but its not stable anymore

You was answered, so, you're left with two options:

    - Think you're right, RMA your board, wait some 9-12 weeks, get it back with bios upgrade to solve your issue
    - Revert back to 1004 or 1216, the last bios you can downgrade if you upgraded above them, even using AFUDOS: no go, wrong CMOS checksum

It is well known since a year now
Good luck if you go for the RMA

ok. since all works fine, I think you might have partially defect bios chip ?
    OR , degraded from overvolting?
Because I assume 1st boot screen shows all data that is missing from the apps !

    Try this:
Save your setup ( last bios page ),
Try using the built in flash utility than.
make sure you revert to Bios Defaults and reboot
    load your bios setup again.

    If that works, fine.
If not than repeat but don't load what u saved , it might be missing the data.
    Enter your setup manually.

You can ask ASUS support. just register as VIP.

If you reverted back the bios, than yep, it is strange
Now, maybe try reinstalling intel inf drivers, as they could get corrupted somehow

If not solved, only way to be sure is reinstall OS with intel inf drivers last edition. If nothing helps, just check if i impacts your stability before RMA, as you'll have to wait some 6-9 weeks

    Let us know though

My P5B deluxe was limited to 390MHz FSB stable for a quad, it would boot up to 405MHz

Most P5B deluxe are that way. And even X38 boards are limited to a 430MHz on the 9 multi (some higher on 8x multi)

So, unless you get a penryn QX series, you'll be clocking lower than a Q6600
