I would say he used just manual settings.

Hows your temp inside the case? I notice you dont have any exhaust fan or intake fan.

Temps all round are very low.. there are 2 120mm fans in the upper part of the case (one over the HD's) one in the top grate that pull air up and out.. the lower part of the case has 2 120mm on the rad that pull air across the lower section.

You have to use Heatshrink Sleeving 4:1 Ratio.
But if You live in UK then go to CPC and and this is a item nr. CB100017
I know coz i have done it myself 2 weeks ago

Correct a lot of parts are custom powder coated.. a few phone calls yielded a shop whose manager was an avid modder... if you find a friendly company its not that expensive.
