I lowered the voltages on everything and still fine at 3.0 Everest says my vcore is 1.34 actual on load I think I can go lower

What you got set in Bios mate . seeing ya VID is only 1.25 or such you can try to set 1.3250 in bios wil drop to 1.275 or such under full load...
