I lowered the voltages on everything and still fine at 3.0 Everest says my vcore is 1.34 actual on load I think I can go lower
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved
Remark : They call me Pro AsusSaaya yupp, I agree
Here are the current BIOS numbers so far stable for 20 min or so done the PI calc and WCG is running at 100% on all cores as I type this:
Vcore 1.325 Everest reads 1.28 on load
Mem 2.0
NB 1.35
SB 1.50
CPUVTT 1.30
seems to be stable @ 9*333 for 3.0 you think i can lower MB voltages some more?
ok well after 3hours of all 4 cores at 100% (WCG) i'm at 58c (CPU) 73 70 68 67 (core 1,2,3,4) 42c Mboard

My cooling is not that great I have a Zalman Resorator cooling the CPU the rest of the board is on air. I was thinking about upgrading the cooling but I have no Idea what direction to go. Any tips would be appriciated.
Hi Grey, we got about the same setting except for 2 thing,
I've got a bit less temperature (not much... my max on 1st core is 70 at worst)
But what make me more worried is that :
Vcore 1.325 Everest reads 1.28 on load
.... mine is 1.5 idle.
I would like if you want, (and can ?) could you try encoding video ?
Everest was running super stable for me (at even less) but when I was encoding video (TmgEnc Express) it was freezing my comp after a while.
It was freezing after about 3h of straight encoding.
but for anything else it's super
I think I have Pinnicle studio somewhere otherwise I dont have anything I can encode with unless you count the movie maker that comes with windows.
I've had World Community Grid BIONIC client running for 3 days on these settings now. 100% CPU utilization for over 50 hours now no crashes.
Yeagh, kindof a thread jack to ask for the opinon on that in here, but i'm kind of at my end with this Q6600. Sure it's a great chip, but not a great combo on this board. I'm a gamer, and want to GAME. Since most games aren't even properly threaded to take advantage of 2 cores let alone 4, i think i'll go back to two until the next great SLI board comes along. Along those lines, I want the most bang for the buck. I got rid of all my older Core2Duo chips, so now i will have to take my chances with a new one.
