With my settings above coretemp reads VID = 1.2375 ill try to lower the voltages to your settings here ill post results

Boots fine with the lower voltages you mentioned above ill post later if it crashes
VID in CoreTemp is NOT the vCore!!!! Use a proggy like Everest to read the vCore! VID in CoreTemp is the INTEL set vCore your particuar CPU needs to operate 100% stable @ stock clocks! Each CPU is set independantly by INTEL, based on how it performs itself!
