DA BIG UPDATE! December 10-07

*Firstly, excuse the delay guys! Things have changed quite a lot since i decided to start that build.*

Hey my friends! Guess what? The computer is completed and the RIG is running hard!

I'll let the pics speak for them self!

You guys remember i had tried the QX6800ES On my P5B Deluxe because it would act really freaking weird on my EVGA 680I A1? I was getting high 70c degrees for 3.4Ghz with my Tuniq on my P5B Deluxe? And then i posted a few results of that CPU running under H2O on my EVGA 680I A1? The shots close to 4Ghz and 19k in 3DMark06?

These shots. Well this is what the RIG looked like when it was running those results. I didn't had much more time to test the RIG at that time so i didn't worked in 4Ghz stable. But i will now

Well, since i had received my MCW30 from NCIX.com (Along with Crysis ) I decided i should tear the system apart and rebuild the CPU\NB loop to include the SB as well. And while I'm at it, why not loop the GPUs?

Tearing the system apart and cleaning the parts.

Once all parts were cleaned and the mobo too, i started hooking the block. Starting with the SB since i wasn't sure of how i would of mounted it since one of the thumbnut would come right in the GPU1 way... so i had to use smaller screws with a nut instead of the original mounting set-up.

Then i hooked all other blocks...

Pretty tight but it fits! I had to hook a small piece of electrical tape on the card just in case the screw would come in contact with the card. I really don't want to short another 8800GTX to death.

I decided i would loop the CPU loop first, boot with my good ol' 7800GTX, see if all is fine and then i would loop the GPU loop.

CPU\NB\SB looped!

Filling and bleeding.

Now, once i was done, i powered the computer, tweaked this and that and finally, after 30 mins, i had the comp running with that new CPU\NB\SB loop but only with my 7800GTX. So i went ahead and started hooking the 8800GTXs with their EK FC Blocks and looping it all!

Here is the result...

Here you can see my Becnh table with my P5B Deluxe, Q6600 G0, 7800GTX etc... Which will be used as my Crunching Rig

I hope you guys enjoyed the HUGE worklog! Lots of work, Money and time involved into it! But it's finally completed!

Thanks for all the support\comments\suggestions etc... Guys! What a blast this build was!

I might post some more Overclocking results laster in the week! So far, 3.95Ghz\ 4GB @ 1000Mhz and 2x8800GTX 626Mhz\2000Mhz are probably my 24\7 clocks! That's 19k in 3DMark06!

Thanks again Guys and enjoy the pics!
