To give you an honest answer, i would keep a close eye on him and nail him as soon as i have some real evidence against him.

On the subject, has it ever been proved he actually did cheat, ever?

Just because the scores didn't live up to some people expectations it was not legit.

Is there any kind of evidence in any other form than accusations from people who think the scores were out of line?

I might have missed something but i never saw any.

I'll talk in general and NOT about Coolaler or OPBooks...

About OPBooks now......When was a mess here, I offered 1000$ to someone "neutral" to go to his place with HIS Hard Disk empty.....
Both would install Windows and OPB install his "tweaks" and try to replicate some of his
scores.....OPBooks DENIED that.....
QUESTION: IF he was OK and NOT cheating, he whould have denied it OR say instead: "Come here you bsrd and I'll show you how it was done".....
NOPE...He JUST denied it.....WHY?....WHAT he had to afraid off?.....You tell me....
He now sends Rams, CPUs, buying things from some guys just to be "friend" of them and take them to his side by "blinding" them....
OK....NO PROBLEM at all......BUT leave a guy or two to watch you with THEIR Hard disks breaking some WR EVEN in LOW frequency (for example Super-Pi 32M at 3600MHz with Cas 5-5-5-35).... Leave them IF you dare....
