I remember FX57 showed up as FX25 in CPUZ and BIOS a long time ago. I guess this one is only FX24 because of the HTT. So it's an FX56, then?

I wonder what I'll do if it has WR potential. Can't add it as an FX57 on ripping, can I Same problem @ HWBot...

the 4800+ was shown first as 3200+ renamed at subzero temps and a few days later died.

The 3700+ 0602 gpmw cpu was in my hands first and after some hours under single stage it changed the name in giannis pc. Then it was born as the 5300+

I've never seen a xCBxE venice, so I doubt it's a disabled toledo. I never saw a chip with both disabled core AND disabled cache. What a waste lol

These are all strange CPUs lol. FX39 wth? Unlocked or?

I think I can explain my FX24, btw. The normal FX57's sometimes showed up as FX25, and those chips had htt @ 1000 as default. My chip has only 800, so it's an FX24. A bit like the 3500+/3400+'s.

My 3200+ SD is a bit funny as well, don't you think?

Yeah, when you say it, I've seen B revision, but only 2/8-way Opterons for s940. It also exist E-revisions of those.

To sum it up, I've seen A,B,C,E,K,L,N,R,Y-revisions (s939). The R-chip is my 3700+ newcastle, the only one I've seen with that revision. I also THINK that the old sledgehammers had S-revision, but I'm not sure.
    Please send me photo of revisions R,Y and S. I have not seen this revisions. D is exist, I was see 3000+ 754 512k L2 and 3200+ 1MB L2 754 Clawhammers.
AND please what maximal OC is for your FX-24?

I'll take a photo of it during the dice session tomorrow

    http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K8/AMD...700AWBOX).html

Here is a reference, as you can see, R-revision.

Google for YBBLE and you'll see a few venice e3's.

I don't have the FX57 ES yet, it was sent last week I think. From USA, so it'll take a few more days. Which means that I wont be able to test it properly until after Christmas. Need a new DFI Expert lol.

Btw, if you have time, can you do a little coldbug research on some cpus? I want to check something... Find the cb at 6-8 temps, like you did with the 170 Just trying to figure out if it's a way to calculate the optimal core temp.
I will test it for you this weekend because i dont still have enough time

Allright, day 1 is over. ALOT of CRAP CPUs were tested, but a very nice 3500+ venice as well

G.I.H. is all I can say.

The cvf files are on the raptor in the garage, but the spi1m run froze after finish so a picture had to be taken. Here it is The validation will be posted tomorrow.

    3700+ @ 3829.7mhz http://hwbot.org/signature.img?iid=62518&thumb=false
    Opteron 150 @ 3778.22mhz WR (D.I.H.) http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=276361
    Opteron 165 @ 3510mhz WR (T.I.H.) http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=276382
    Opteron 175 @ 3654.87mhz WR http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=276370
    Opteron 185 @ 3817.6mhz WR (B.I.H.) http://hwbot.org/signature.img?iid=62516&thumb=false

The GODDAMN 3500+ validation @ 3771 mhz was corrupt But I'll see if I have the time to try it later today Should be possible to get a validation at that speed... with a little more voltage perhaps

That CABXE 0602 3200+ was a San Diego btw...... so no venice wr on that one. Doubt it was good enough anyway, but it could run spi @ 3450 or 3500, dont remember.

    Edit: Nice scores, gianni!

Same old 3700+. With 0.04v more, and about same temps I guess. With lapped pot this time The problem with this chip is that it gets very much hotter from 1.8v to 1.9v. @ 1.85v it's about -30, but -22 @ 1.9v. I hope I can get even closer someday, but I need a little bit better cooling. If I have the cash, I'll buy a nice phase change unit later this month

I learned something about F7. If a file has been stored with the same freq, you're unable to make a new validation at the same clockspeed unless you move the old cpuz file to a different folder, or rename it. I have a feeling some of the other validations "blocked" the SD validations. But I didn't try too hard because it was an SD. Got 3500mhz out of it, but it coldbugged @ -45c @ 1.9v 3550 - freeeeeeze

    X.I.H. will go on forever
