ohhh god, because yorkie isnt ALOT more efficient then conroe. people started hitting sub-50000 with conroe, why isnt sub 45000 doable with yorkie?

his last results at 7.750 and 5813.2mhz netted 45052. ohh...and i forgot theres nothing such as a flash drive to store your CVF file to so you can submit it later...wow.

i no longer use a laptop.

A sudden 200 point decrease even compared to his older run is extremely significant. The fact that he's much faster than hipro5 who was using DDR3 even to begin with was suspicious. Now that he's suddenly dropped 250 points in efficiency is even more laughable.

Both of those guys' scores are as cheated as usual. It's pathetic that they're able to get away with this simply relying on blind faith of their supporters, and it saddens me that they're making a mockery of a hobby that a lot of us take extremely seriously, putting a great amount of money, time and effort into. Cheating spoils it for everyone, and is a big demotivator for the rest of us.

Those are my only words for this thread.

    Pillow fight anybody ?

Don't name people that haven't posted in this thread, and don't put up words for others.

As for people bashing some specific "men" it's not a bash because I don't like him or because I'm jealous...it's a "fight" over some very very doubtful results that are way off the line and have never been backed up in any way.

I respect people that respect themselves...if you don't respect yourself, you're not worth anyone's respect.

And mr. Off-The-Line Results is only coming back spilling "expired" beans for some to eat & choke with, and set up flame-baits for e-p3nis fights & a bunch of person to person behind the keyboard insults.

By the way, the "doubtful" result has been posted here in XS elsewhere.

p.s. Back up your claims...or make none.

Ok guys plz make a tweak-free-benchmark and after that we can speak about cheating. Who and how can judge any result, if it`s done according to how it`s must be done and after that correctly posted!

MaSell, he's saying that an extremely well-tweaked run with DDR3 (hipro5's) should not be completely destroyed by any DDR2 system.

Doesn't help that the DDR2 results are from a benchmarker with a history of 'issues.' (referencing way before last year's Conroe 1M debacle, btw...)

Just trying to explain what has been said since it needs to be said....you can't just take all scores at face value.

And yes, it was with 'meh' DDR2:

Well done to all who have achieved such outstanding results with your wonderful CPU's. I salute your efforts and achievements. I just wish I was able to bench like you guys can. Sadly I can not duplicate those results even with the same CPU, the reason is simple I am just not good enough to do so - yet. Maybe one day I will with effort and an open mind. But because I am not good enough to bench like you guys now can and do: does not mean that you are cheating. It means you are better at super PI than I am.

OT I am truly saddened by the vile comments that people who I used to respect have made in this and in some of the other threads here on XS. Just because you are not good enough to duplicate a benchmark result does not automatically mean it has to be a false result or that someone has had to cheat to do it. The arrogance and conceit of that mind set is staggering to me.

I think it has to do more with the discrepancies in the numbers and results rather than no one is allowed to beat hipro.

This one is really great CPU under 5.8 GHz, RAM under 600 MHz and very, very fast time. I think here was a really great OS optimization and some unknown tweaks, because this is the best score I have never seen until now :

Really great score related to CPU and RAM frequency. This is the best! Congratulations!

    First off one question......
DOESN'T the Maximus Formula/Extreme suffer from OVP at 1.9Volts?....How did Coolaler bypassed it and feed the CPU with 2Volts+ ?...

IF you take a GOOD LOOK on the screenie, zbogorgon IS RIGHT.....
He IS using ONLINE REAL TIME cpu-z verification.....So better take a GOOD look and then say whatever you have to say....

One comment....I EVEN congratulated Coolaler for his 5.8GHz resault in this thread BUT "some guys" STILL talking about my name and accusing me in the "other forum"!......WHAT the hell are you talking about?.....

NOW.....According to OPB, when I got the Super-Pi 1M WR, he said that this score of mine was IMPOSSIBLE......
NOW that he did a "better" one, NOW IT'S POSSIBLE?.......

    ENDING......

NO comment by me for this bench of Coolaler .....Find it yourselves....

    EDIT: removed some strong words

I think that yorks is still too new for anyone to call BS on this... Hipros run probably wasn't all that well optimised so I wouldn't judge off that... I think that there is one sure fire way to solve this dispute... team japan anyone?

Him calling Hipro a cheater though?? Funny stuff..

Not to speak for Hipro5, but I think Hipro5 congratulated Coolaler until he saw zbogorgon's concerns which may put the validity of Coolaler's results in question.
