    Little update:

    New PSU, TT 1000W:

The cable is too shot, so I had to make an extension to fit the cabe inside:

Iany told me to put the fans pushing air to the Rad (pulling before), so that's what I did

    @ rbsmontemor,

You know you're little fan on the mosfets heatpipe cooler is turned the wrong way? It has to blow the air to the rear fan so can can suck the hot air away from your mobo....

    in this pic: http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/4...3adrenall4.jpg

    just helping m8

hmm... looks right to me. If that's a blower fan like I think it is, then the fan portion sucks in and in this case, blows air into the mosfets.

so the fan is pointing the correct way when looking at airflow in the case.

Otherwise, it would be fighting against the more powerful 120mm fan

those asus mosfets fans inlude a sticker where they tell it has to be pointed towards the 120mm, I have them on too. As the way they advise it would be wrong as he did... I don't know asus is lying? :p

That wimpy noisy Asus mosfet fan has to go. Mine get tossed into the trash from day one lol Find a Zalman bracket or some other contraption. Strap on a silent 120mm fan. You will get a ton more airflow and it will save your sanity. You can also use an Antec Spotcool (set on medium), but I think that looks questionable.

Or you just set them to 30-40% of their rpm's, I can tell you that doesn't make noise at all...everything is watercooled and passive cooled and the only thing I hear sometimes is a waterbubble...And secondly an 120mm fan is freaking ugly in a wonderful setup...I put almost all my cash in my pc (the rest of the time I'm drunk ) and the last thing I want is an ugly case full with air cooled garbage...The same as cooling your ram with an 120mm fan, it's just nonsense...I'm running it 160mhz more than stock with tight timings, just buy reasonable RAM, and an intake fan at 500rpm and an outtake fan at 500rpm and a zalman600hp which doesn't make noise even not if you want to.

Naturalmente, nós falamos o inglês aqui.

If you think I wrote that Portugese, I have a few bridges to sell you

Thermalright's mosfet blocks look sexy, as do all their heatsinks, but then they still need darn airflow. So, its all the same thing.

that's what I said, If you just buy reasonable ram and place your fans right it wouldn't be a problem 160mhz over stock with OCZ's reapers worked fine with me on really tight timings, But I must agree ballistx tracers get hot fast enough and they are good clockers. I was planning to buy a pair of these but I don't want that christmas lamps in my computer and I think OCZ's reapers are much more beatiful. And I must say I was stunned about their abbilities I thought they wouldn't hold their timings tight when you push is far over, but now I really don't want other sticks...

    But Generally you're right

I just want too say that I am glad the petty-ass whiners have either been banned or deleted or left this thread. They had nothing to add but hate.

    Thanks Mods

Don't want to trash this thread too much but a last word about the mem, if you don't want these x-mas tree leds, just buy ballistix instead of tracers, same ram but without the leds.

As for a fan over the ram, the Dominator ram-cooler without the stickers or the OCZ xtc cooler aren't that ugly.
