the problem is that my motherboard (asrock alivenf6g-dvi) doesn't let me to increase the vcore, only decrease

there is a little modification to increase, but that will just make useless the cool n quite to (cool n quit will run with 1.3v or more), and since I let this PC downloading files for most of the time cool n quite is a good.
