Hey I have a quick question. I am currently painting my case red,

I started off with 3 coats of primer (light coats)

Sanded with 600 grit between each,

Now I am applying color, (3 coats), sanding between each.

After the final coat...should I sand with 1500 or leave be, then apply a rubbing compound before I do my clear coat?

Or should I just let the last coat dry and then apply the clear coat?
