Hi there people, hope you are all fine..
Im pretty much new to maximus formula SE and Q600G0 OC. So let me ask for your advices on a few things.
My specs are as in the signature. The zalman has the fan mate installed, presently working on the low fan setting (a really silent system!), higher speed saves me 3 / 4 ºC but I wish to keep it like this, low fan setting until I get a stable/top air oc before going a step up.
Bios 0901 cpu settings all disabled as well as legacy usb and spread spectrum.
Remaining main bios settings are as follows. I started from q6800 level up and then lowered the cpu volt until I had a stable system running prime blend.

I know I haven’t the best G0 batch around (vid 1,2875) neither the memos, theyre corsair twin2x2048 pc4dhx ver 2.1 (promo chips) are on factory recommended settings, 800 X 12,4,4,4, but on volt 2.0, although factory is stated 2.1v.
Here my questions:
- Where can I go from here to be able to reach 3,4 stable.?
(fsb, nb, straps, etc etc)
- What can I do do up these not so bright memories.?
- Have a gigabyte 8800 ultra which is pretty much a standard batch on stock clocks (core 612, shadercl 1512, mem 1080), whats your recommendations for OC´ing these stock values without a mod to the factory cooler.?
