Acetal/Delrin particularly the black variety is much more expensive than acrylic or even lexan.

On the other hand though, I find delrin/acetal much easier to work with and machine. Lexan/polycarbonate is very gummy in comparison, difficult to machine, and requires coolant and very low feed rates.

Acrylic is fairly inexepensive and also machines better than lexan.

    Hi!
Sorry guys, there are so many questions here.
I dont think I will be able to answer all.

Plexi version should be out in 10 days about.
All resellers that wll want it should get it.
We will be starting sending the blocks on Monday to distributors and resellers.
To US and Australia it would take more days.

Any benchmarks of the retail version VS a nozzled and/or bowed FuZion?

I ordered the EK Supreme last week and according to the tracking info it is already here in Sweden. Maybe I can get it tomorrow at the post office. Unfortunately I can't mount the block for a week or so because of my work load. I can post some pictures when I get it, however.

I couldn't choose between acetal and plexi so I guess it's default acetal. I read here it would take a few weeks before the plaxi version is available.

Eddy told me last saturday that the blocks would ship out to retailers yesterday, so it will take a couple of days before they receive them and change their status.
