The BIOS has a bug with DDR2-800 memory. Set all timings in BIOS manually. Your tRD is very relaxed, your're loosing a lot of performance. Try tRD7 or 8.[...] My system does boot well but when i close my system and i restart it the next day my bios does not like the settings he gives a light click and resets himself to 266x9. [...]
I've seen screenshots of F7b which contains loadline calibration option. I hope that F7c will be released next week.
