You DO HAVE the 512MB version, right?
What does Rivatuner show?

CCC sometimes does strange things after a flash - try to reinstal.

Yes i have 512 vers. Riva shows same. CCC is showing correct i know this cus system crashes instantly on any 3d app. Why does superdank show 0000AE16 and for me its 0000AE10? Thanx for your help.

Strange..
I did not alter anything except 3D Vgpu in 'XTMOD.BIN'.

Bios gives me 828Mhz RAM in 3D mode.
