    Hi, here http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=669218 they are selling version 2 of this motherboard. Dunno the difference, perhaps someone else does?

    Humm, nothing on ASUS site on a PCB v2, could it be an error? or maybe a marketting in purpose omission?

    If you look at the aluminum fins above the FETs on the Asus Maximus on the Scan site, you can see it is now etched "R O G" instead of "Asus".

    Its probably just a revised heatsink though. Might even be the elusive REV. 1.03G
