exactly...his philosophy is MARKET SHARE! well, that's all dandy and went in his favor when he had a competing product to work with. It's not hard to gain market share when your product is superior to the competition.

The true test of a CEO is how he/she manages a company in hard times. What choices are made? how a CEO keeps a company afloat during hard times...

BUT Hector has not shown such leadership, i'm sorry to say. He doesn't want to adjust his strategy and is stuck with the market share philosophy.... Well this clearly shows that unless he has a competing product, he can't do didly squat.
