Try to run a hard drive diagnostic app (whoever the MFG is should have stuff for download on their site), because a clicking HDD is a dying HDD.
The hdds are fine, the "clicks" are like when you turn off the pc, after pressing the restart button it take a wile for the hdds to power up.
Upped MCH = 1.33
Vcore = 1.39
