49 very thin channels? Hmmm, wonder how much pressure drop that will give.

The base plate is made of electrolytic copper lapped and polished to +/- 0,0007 mm flatness.
This is another thing that makes me wonder, a perfect flat base while current blocks seem to perform best with a bowed base.

I still have every faith this block will rock.

The price isn't too bad either, at least not for us europeans.

Unless it's lapped and polished before assembly, thus bowing it during assembly ??

Well yes in that case it would be fine but i can't find a word about bowing the base.

Already goes to no.1 of my preference for cpu block without internal pics and reviews

The reason I think bowed works, is its pushing the IHS down onto the core, making up for some of intels (relativley) sloppy fit.

This, nice and flat, will do me just fine ... I would put money on its going to be within a couple of degrees of a fusion at worst, good enough for me.

UK etailors... get stocking up please

Oooh, that looks awesome man!! First class job Eddy!

That is one thin base man, good to hear it's bowed as well.

I'm still a bit worried on the pressuredrop, any word on that and how it performs against the fuZion and or apogee GT by chance Eddy?

The restriction will be obviously higher that apogee or fuzion no nozles, but it will be worth. Trust me

The Metal jet plate is made of stainless steal laser-cut.
The final design of metal plate will have more yet lines, so less restriction and also excellent performance.
We will also offer different jet plates. For extreme restriction and extreme performance and also metal plate for high-flow systems.

    Hi Nik
In this block construction the step is not possible.
The copper base is only few tents of mm thick.

Anyway, I think if the block has good bow it does not need a step.

Nice touch on the jet-plates, reminds me of the old DangerDen RBX/TDX blocks.

Is it like a different plate for let's say a dual core and another one for a quad core?

When will this be avaible at your retailers (for example aquatuning)?
Because that thing looks mighty fine!
If it performance only marginally worse than a Fuzion I will defeneatly sell my Fuzion for some EK pr0n.
