Well last night i did an OC session to test if i can get it Prime95 stable under vcore=1,5

I tried the RLM settings:

************************************************** *******
JumperFree Configuration Settings
AI Overclocking: Manual
CPU Ratio Control: Manual
- Ratio CMOS Setting: 8
FSB Frequency: 445
PCI-E Frequency: 100
DRAM Frequency: DDR2 1113
DRAM Command Rate: 2T
DRAM Timing Control: Manual
CAS# Latency: 5
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 5
RAS# Precharge: 4
RAS# Activate to Precharge: 9
TWR: AUTO
TRFC: AUTO
TWTR: AUTO
TRRD: AUTO
TRTP: AUTO
DRAM Static Read Control: Enabled

Transaction Booster: Enabled
Clock Over-Charging Mode: AUTO

CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled
PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled

CPU Voltage: 1.475v
CPU Voltage Reference: x0.63
CPU Voltage Damper: Enabled
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.60
DRAM Voltage: 2.20
FSB Termination Voltage: 1.20
North Bridge Voltage: 1.25
North Bridge Voltage Reference: x0.67
South Bridge Voltage: 1.05

Advance CPU Settings
CPU Ratio Control: Manual
- Ratio CMOS Setting: 9
C1E Suppport: Disabled
Max CPUID Value Limit: Disabled
Vanderpool Technology: Disabled
CPU TM Function: Disabled
Execute Disable Bit: Enabled
PECI: Disabled

USB Configuration
USB Functions: Enabled
Legacy USB Support: Disabled

************************************************** *******

With this settings i made it stable, tried 446 and failed after 10min...so that indicates that it needs more vcore, no matter the other settings, just vcore seems to make it Prime95 stable...

I also tried with this:

************************************************** *******

CPU Voltage: 1.475v
CPU Voltage Reference: AUTO
CPU Voltage Damper: Enabled
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.60
DRAM Voltage: 2.20
FSB Termination Voltage: 1.4
North Bridge Voltage: 1.4
North Bridge Voltage Reference: AUTO
South Bridge Voltage: AUTO

************************************************** *******

But same situation, I can go up if i don't raise vcore

Some observations I made:

Cores IDLE, the first 2 ones have no difference in temps, the third has like 7C difference...and 4th has 2C. At full load the difference is like 4 or 5..I had the CPU lapped and happened almost the same before i did the lapping...Maybe it's the Big Typhoon push pins that are not fitting well or maybe the CPU it's just like that....I also applied the AS5 spreading with a card, i don't knwow if the AS5 is the best method...the one on AS web site...

Any help will be appreciated
Regards
