I tried for 3.8ghz, but the voltages needed to keep it stable there "right across the board" are stupid high along with the temps, im quite happy with low voltages and 3.6ghz, with 3gb (4 sticks of Crucial Ballistix) sitting at 1080mhz, thats plenty fast enough for me.
