    who needs a paging file with 4GB of RAM
    Every Windows system needs a pagefile regardless of how much RAM is installed. Some software will complain if there is not a decent size pagefile present (Photoshop springs to mind).

    Even if you set pagefile to '0' or disable, Windows will still create a small pagefile for general usage.
