    I would never buy a sleeve bearing fan. The MTF is very low compared to double ball bearing fans.

    I have a supplier of JMC 120mm fans at 12V is around 130cfm at 3000RPM and at 5V around 65CFM with little to no noise. There all double ball bearing fans and I have one in a case thats been running 24/7 for 7 years at 5V and in great shape and only cost me $7 each.
