tried this;
C1E/EIST off? Have you tweeked the nb and sb voltages? i.e.:

NB Core 1.2V 1.5v
NB PLL 1.8V: 2.0v
NB PLL 1.2V: 1.38v
NB PCIE 1.2V: 1.34v
NB core 1.2V convert from: 2.14v
SB core voltage: 1.34v

Also have the strap to 300 also tried 333

Thinking that I might try the Asus maximus
