i wonder if it would've been possible for DFI to put a clear-CMOS switch on the rear...instead of just pressing the Reset button for 4 secs or jumping it.

@VenomCrusher......Now... raise you're Multi to X8 and use the 4:5 Divider and see whats what. Also what kind of Vdimm did you have to use?

Cause I just ran into a situation where the IP35 Pro needed it...and let me tell you how cool it felt. But it's possible to clear CMOS on this board by holding PWR/RST switches on my case?

Anyone having any luck running 4x1GB Ballistix Tracer with the 1066 strap? I get stuck with a C1 POST code every time I try....

However, if I use the 800 strap and OC the FSB so that the RAM is actually at 1066, it boots fine.

The memory voltage is more of a concern then VCORE. Like I already posted, the CellShock will not do 1100MHz+ without exceeding acceptable voltage with this chipset.

Is it just me, or are there two 1066 (1:2 for 266FSB) straps on this board.. At first I was using the 266/1066 strap to run my mems at 1066Mhz at 266FSB.. But even at stock speeds, I've had difficulties regarding stability.. Then I tried the 200/800 strap in which is IMHO, is better..

Regarding the clear CMOS issues, I think you really need to wait for 4 secs of eack key press or else it will be a bad CMOS clear.. It was only once that I removed the battery and used the jumper to clear the CMOS. (When I first got my board)

Any Users of the latest Beta BIOS please?.. TIA..

Ya, I tried 266:1066 and 333:1066, neither would boot. Right now I am using 266:800 with FSB at 355MHz to get my CPU to 3.2 and my RAM to 1066, and its percectly stable.

isnt that caused by electron migration or some ?been overvolting and overclocking them?
