After nine months running without a glitch I randomly start experiencing BSODs. These occur while I'm surfing/gaming, basically any random task; a reboot temporarily fixes the issue. Around this same time I notice that whenever I shut my computer down for the night it won't post when I go back to turn it on until I change out the RAM with a stick of no-name PC2-5300. At first I thought "well these G.Skill need more juice" so I upped the voltage to 2.25. Things work fine for a few days then I go to turn the computer on one morning and nothing, no post. I'm forced to remove the RAM and boot with the extra stick I have.
I'm not sure what's going on here. It's like even though I have the correct voltage set, the motherboard isn't suppling it to the RAM on a cold boot. I'm constantly have to kick start the damn thing. Also just to rule out bad ram I've run the stuff with memtest86 for hours upon hours.
Any ideas? Suggestions? I'm almost to the point of ordering the IP35 Pro. Would this board have the same problems with RAM voltage?
