    dont get me wrong, but why the hell is this app in Intel section, named "for intel chipsets" when it support both Intel and AMD??

    i was looking for this kind of app and overlooked it caused of the title...

    should be in eXtreme bandwith or like that

    New version: memset34beta1.exe

    -add support for Intel X38. (Same that P35 for timings, but perhaps some problem
    with read DDR3 frequency, cause FSB and Dram strap was changed )
    -Add support for AMD K10 DDR2.
    -Replace Precharge to Precharge delay by Refresh period (tREF) timing in this version,(Same timing
    we find in Everest) on 965 and P35 chipsets.Contrary to other timings, higher value is better for performance.
    -Fix some bug with read memory frequency.

    Let me know if you find bugs or other...

    I told it cause I didn't know that INTEL add FSB400 strap on this chipsets.
    WebWilli sent me a dump with this strap and DDR3-800.
    Now we have:
    Code:
    BSEL2 BSEL1 BSEL0

     0L    0L    0L => FSB-266.67 (1067)
     0L    0L    1H => FSB-133.33 (533)
     0L    1H    0L => FSB-200    (800)
     0L    1H    1H => FSB-166.67 (667)
     1H    0L    0L => FSB-333.33 (1333)
     1H    1H    0L => FSB-400    (1600)

    I need it for determine CPU/DDR ratio.
    Added in memset.

    P5K3 DX only has FSB strap AUTO, 266, 333 in bios. Webwilli might have gave you X38 dump with 400FSB strap too ??

    Hi, I currently use notebook with Intel 965PM chipset (Compal IFL90), but after installing MemSet it tells me "NOT FOR THIS CHIPSET".
    And the install tells -INTEL 815 845 848 855 865 875 915 925 945 946 955 965 975 P35 & X38, desktop and laptop.
    So I guess it should support then, anyone has any ideas?
    Thanks!
