ATI Tool 0.27b2 and you can adjust card voltages (at least in theory, but it seems to be working). My card original vgpu is 1.15V and max stable 3D clock is 863MHz.
The problem with ATITool vgpu manipulation is that when you change gpu clock then it resets voltage settings to BIOS defaults (in my case 1.15V). This mean that my max 3D clock will be max 2D clock@default vgpu which is around 885MHz.
I need XT BIOS to flash and I'm sure 900MHz+ will be easy on stock cooler!
Regarding memory I haven't noticed any artifacts up to 2050MHz, not sure about higher clocks because I've never tried them (yet).
