I've read that RMClock can re-enable EIST on an overvolted rig. The Gigabyte BIOS doesn't. Can anyone verify whether RMClock can change voltage if the BIOS is set for a vcore other than "normal"?

I'm waiting for a Vista x64 signed driver RMClock. Can't run it right now because of that. Sounds like they are going to make people pay for the signed driver. Not surprising I suppose considering it costs a big chunk of change for a signed driver (thank MS for the BS requirement).
