*edit* Ok I got it. There is another two sliver screws on the roof of the case I didn't see.

there's a handy tip - i think i got myself from this thread as well
like cyberdruid said the 2 tabs nearest the front of the case that hold on the top panel - are 'awkward' to release compared to the ones nearer the back as you can get direct access to them
so now you have the top panel off - use a drill bit - thru the hole where the front tabs go and the metal below - then if you need to remove in the future - you can pop the front tabs dead easy
i think i used something likea 3 or 4mm bit - just makes hole big enough to get a small flat bladed screwdriver thru - and doesnt damage the actual tab holes
