Intel X38 chipset has PCIe problems

All mobos have problems, just like on the CPUs.

Server boards don't have problems that Brother Esau is talking about, let me put it this way, Intel doesn't care, it's a desktop board. Whose going to run RAID/HBA controllers? Very few, like me or Brother Esau.
