I don't think such a chip exists. And why would you want to have one? The good ones are all made in Malaysia

    @gianni: I wonder if your 156 is good, too. I saw a 3200+ with the same stepping, did 3100 @ 1.4v.

Which 3700+/4000+ Toledo steppings are decent, btw? Not sure what to look for, and I can't afford to buy any chip I want anymore

Yes, at least if you get a decent E4.

@ massman: KAB1E SD's are the best. Some weeks/batches are better than others, but that's what you're looking for

I read it somewhere, but I can't give you any links to verify it.

But it sounds right to my ears at least. No idea why they use A-G AND R-X instead of just one of them, though.

Maybe A-G are used for AM and R-X for PM ?

You're sure about A and R for the monday, right? Maybe they consider Sunday as the beginning of the week .

That's no secret But the best A64 CPUs usually have a pretty bad bug.

Hmmm, in the coldbug thread it says LCBBE's do FSB 300 @ -30. That's not so bad. LCBIE's seem a bit worse.

But that 0617FPMW - I just remembered that's the same week/day as my Opty 165 WR potential in that baby...

You need sub-zero cooling to get nice results with those chips.

Tie your brother to a chair and start insulating that mobo

Not sure how great those steppings are, could be good or bad ones. MPM is never good, though

First one is the WR stepping of the 3000+ Winchester, second one is the same stepping like Stephen's magic 3200+, third one sucks (265x10 @ 1.55v)

Mach2 cooling is ready, will try to prevent the cpu's from coldbugging, though.

    I have two CPUs, 3000+ and 3700+.
Are these steppings good? They had never been overclocked.

    LBBLE 0517 DPMW
    This is my 3000+

    Sounds nice

I always thought 0448 was the #1 week for the Winchesters. My CBBHD 0448SPBW 3200+ is quite good. Don't remember exactly, but I think 2.9 stable or something like that. On regular water cooling.

Didn't test it too much because the BH's need exotic cooling anyway

I was offered a 3800+ last night. ABBLE 0444XPAW Grabbed it straight away Wonder how it does... earliest E3 I've seen so far.

The 3700+: Average I think. B2's are never great, but 0547 was a decent week.

The 0517 could be quite good, read somewhere that it's one of the best weeks to get.

3000+ Venice: CBBLE 0512DPMW or the newer NBBWE 0602APAW. My CBBLE didn't have a coldbug

@Bruce: You always seem to get the Axxxx steppings
