Well let me help you out with that one SaFrOuT.

Don't do it!!!! All of this new Intel stuff is a complete waste of time, I mean the processors are very nice and fast but everything else fails and fails miserably!

I am working on my 7th Intel motherboard in a 4 month time frame and that pretty much constitutes

2- 975 chipset boards
2-680i chipset boards
3- p35 chipset boards


Quite honestly what worth are the Processors iregardless of how fast they are
if the Platforms on which they reside are of low quality which have a very shaky, unreliable , questionable life expectancy?

Absolutely none!!!!!


Now considering I ran my D.F.I Expert Opty 170 overclocked 24/7 for a year almost and it still runs just as well as day 1 and its sitting on the shelf waiting to get reinstated and without a doubt its just as fast as these new Intel deals unless you live by benching you do not even notice it i real world use!
