Vcore in BIOS is set @ 1.6V, but is fluctuates in Windows from 1.55 to 1.61V read in CPU-Z.
I'm running the Corsair Nautilus 500, which I understand it to not being a very good water cooler, only decent, but pretty good compared to air coolers. I'll try checking my temps again with the programs I see you running in the screenshot.
