There is no temp sensor for the NB but its fine on stock volts anyway no matter what speed. If your concerned, put a 40mm fan on the stock NB heatsink.
Suggestions - Give the cpu ~1.35v and go for 400 - 450 FSB. If your at 3.2 @ 1.22v vcore i think 3.4 - 3.6 is maybe possible with a bit more vcore. Your ram is good for 800 - 900 MHz. Try this:

FSB = 401
Ram divider = 1:1 (at 401 FSB ram will be DDR 802 MHz) -- choose lowest ram speed choice in bios
Vcore = 1.35v (real idle in windows)
Ram = 5-5-5-15
Vdimm = 2.1v
PCI - E Frequency = 100MHz
PCI frequency = 33 MHz
