Regarding GT1 fps. Me too was suprised about the gt1 fps, but we had it on all of the runs for two days after changing to extreme. Just no complete one until the very last minute. Hopefully sham will be able to run a campare when he gets back home on a fresh install with the same setting we used.

Thats what did it yes. Ive always felt like tight timings help gt1 since it is the most memory dependent test in 3dmark 06 aswell as in 3dmark 05.

DDR2 and DDR3 blitz in XFIRE are almost identical in terms of performance matching your clocks/system power dude:

So what's going on? Why is Kinc saying DDR3 is the a major part of how he has a GT1 score higher than his GT2 score, yet KPs testing shows it's NOT EVEN 50 POINTS TOTAL between ddr2 and ddr3.

I'd really like to see KP test high card clocks on ln2 but I doubt it will matter. GT2 will scale as well.
