at last I discovered the 370 FSB problem and solved it
I'm now at 412 FSB
CPU friquancy 3.7GHz
It's working 100&#37; stable
here is a screenshot:


but now I have another FSB Wall at 415
it works at 414 but not at 415
here is my config and voltages:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2400MHz (Cooler Master Eclipse)
M/B: ASUS P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP LGA 775 Intel 975X (ATi CrossFire Ready)
VGA: Radeon X1900XTX (ZALMAN VF700-CU )
HDD: Seagate 7200.9, 8MB -250GB
RAM: OCZ (Special Ops Edition) 2x1GB DDR2 667MHz 4-4-4-12
PSU: 600 Watt

Vcore 1.5v
FSB 1.4v
DRAM 2.2v
PCI 33mhz
PCIE 100mhz
VMCH 1.65
VICH 1.05v
Disabled: Hyperpath 3
Enabled: SPD Timings option
