You don't know the circumstances of the test.
From the pics I have seen it could be plausible that Kinc and Shamino lured the female attendants away from the rig with their irresistible 'charms' while Theo dropped behind the keyboard surreptitiously to have his way with the rig.



Obviously time was a commodity of limited supply.
