You know that VDroop is the votlage difference between idle and load? Setting 1.375V in BIOS and getting 1.36 (reported by software?) in Windows in idle is no Vdroop. So, unfortunately your whole statement is useless.

Just report back when you know what the voltage in load condition will look like and then you'll know what VDroop is like on that board.

As I said, it didn't look terrible like some (Asus).

But since you're going to be a jerk about it, 1.375v in Windows (idle) yields 1.356v under load (Orthos Small FFT, priority 9), read from a DMM.
