aledsav1: Looks like you're going to need some PC2-8500 to get the most out of your E6750. This stuff is rated to 533 MHz so with an 8X multi your CPU will be able to run at full speed without your memory holding it back.
The Intel P965 and P35 chipsets can only run your memory at a minimum of 1:1. Nvidia chipsets can let you run your memory at a fixed value of DDR2-800 but there are not too many boards with Nvidia chipsets that can overclock effortlessly to 500 MHz and beyond the way the Intel P965 and P35 chipset can.
