It will be ok!
If you're nervous then I would recommend some fesser one non conductive coolant. WJA96 on OcUK has a small leak through some cracked acrylic once but his motherboard was fine. The coolant just left some scum on a USB header on the motherboard which he cleaned off with IPA.
Just take your time to do a proper leak test with tissue paper.
A few things about your loop:
I don't see the need for the delrin 90 degree fitting before the video card block. Tubing should be able to go from your processor block to the VGA block without kinking.
7/16th tubing seals much better than 1/2". Look at your second picture and see how badly the tubing needs to be squished to the barb with a hose clamp.
If it ain't watercooled, I don't wanna know.

xpatar: definitely looks good, i'm a fan of the v1000 and 2000 series cases.
i guess i could make some like joke about wire management, but to tell the truth, my case looks worse than yours!
I finished my build a while back (long awaited upgrade).
By no measure silent though (3 x 120mm panaflo ultra high speeds) but I've lived with louder.![]()

Thought I'd add to the discussion. I recently heavily modified my Nine Hundred and water cooled it as well. I will say that it was the biggest pain in the ass I've ever had to deal with, but the results were well worth the effort. Here's some photos.
This next one, the 12volt cord was lengthened and modified from a 6 pin to a 4 pin connector (Thermaltake decided an adapter wouldn't be a good thing to include) I'm still not happy about this cut out though, it's not as clean as I'd like.
I'm sure many will disagree with me, but i found the best location on this case for the fill port would be at the bottom. It can be inconvenient for filling, but i really don't see a better location available.
Well....sorry i got so liberal with the picture taking. The system rocks my socks. Here's the specs.
Intel Core 2 Due E4300 over clocked to 3.9 Ghz from 1.8 Ghz
Nvidea 8800GTS 620mb Overclocked horrendously (can't give exact numbers at this time)
2 GB of OCZ
2x 320 GB Barracudas in RAID 0
hope you have enjoyed folks. with a little TLC the Antec Nine Hundred can be a beautiful case.
how did you mount the pump in your antec 900
i say the tubing is supporting the pump with some fish strings on the top, haha

I've had this setup running for a few weeks now, decided it was finally time to get some pics of it up.
The radiator, a Koyo/Adrad Ford Falcon AU Copper rad, fin area measuring 67cmx45cmx32mm.
The enclosure for the entire setup, which sits outside on a balcony. Amazing what $15 of pine and ply can get you.
Shots of the pump and an old heater, serving as a fan. Pump is a Nightingale TCP130, Qmax 90L/min, Hmax 23m. From memory it's around 1/2HP; My pump is bigger than your pump!![]()
The fill tube:
The air bleed tube:
A few minutes drilling yielded a couple of 1/2" holes, into which were inserted a pair of copper pipes, over which the tubes were forced. The smaller hole is for the line to the power board, which feeds the pump and fan.
The tubes emerging from the other side of the wall. I am yet to clean this end up.
The tubes final destination: A Swiftech Storm Rev2 on an E6600.
