400MHz FSB x 1.5 = 600MHz Memory Speed = DDR2 1200

What memory are you using? Your sig says PC2 6400 = DDR2 800 = 400MHz memory speed

With PC2 6400 you would normally use the 1:1 memory ratio when you run 400MHz FSB.
