Arrived today from TankGuys. L723A Pack Date 7/27/07 Vid is 1.2625. Priming right now at 3.3 with 1.29v.

My 2 cents about low vs high vid.

I don't think it matters much. I have an E6700 with a vid of 1.325 and it clocks great. I run it 24/7 at 3.7 and 1.45 vcore. Temps are in the mid 50's at load. I also have an E6400 with a vid of 1.300. It runs 24/7 at 3.4 with 1.48 vcore. Load temps are in the high 50's. One more, the E6600 in my sig. It has vid of 1.225. Runs 3.6 24/7 temps in the high 50's to low 60's.

I know that these are not quads, but I think it shows that the vid isn't that important.

I'm not sure how you are contributing to this thread. Post some info on how they are clocking or something other then your buying many and selling them or actually not selling them. It is against the forum rules to sell outside of the fs section.

This isn't the OC thread, this is the lookout for G0. I've been posting my batches as I receive them. I'm NOT TRYING TO SELL ANYTHING HERE, besides, they fetch more overseas. I posted a pic of a bunch of empty boxes, and everyone starts to have a cow. They were empty, aka the CPUs were not in there, aka ONLY the heat sinks were in the box. I'm not sure how many more ways I can get the point across that those weren't processors.

I'll be contributing to the OC threads once my new case and PSU get here. I'm in the middle of a machine upgrade. It's been nice running through this many CPUs though, I've been able to hand pick my CPU. So far I've decided to keep a L721A814. Seems to be the best choice so far. I've got 2 more shipments inbound, and perhaps there might be a better choice in one of them.

Sorry I posted my batch without anything. Had to wait for the rest of the system to get here. I'm installing vista right now, and within the hour, you'll find out how good L721A814 G0's are.

Please be sure to include the details of the system. I'm running a P5N32-e, and I think I'll be FSB limited. I'd love to see 3.6Ghz on air w/ decent temps, but I'm going to water eventually.

Will do. Anything specific you want to see? The main post will be at the overclocking thread.

Just received my G0; FPO/Batch=L721 ... ; ( I think I may have the first retail G0 stepping ever made; LoL!

I've been seeing a ton of L23s and L26's, but not too many L21s. I'm waiting on Lithpiperpilot's results. (I still have to get my mb ordered before I'll get to have any fun with my chip...)

Not sure how many people have mentioned this, but tankguys has shipped all of thier pre-ordered q6600 G0s TODAY!

I am not sure how many extras they will have. They are guaranteed to be G0 and I'm guessing they'll order more.

I'll post exactly what batch etc when I receive it. You can check the overclockers forum (link on tankguys site) for updates. They update many times a day....

I got my g0 on his way, with L726A951, any one got this batch or week? If so any results? I saw just 1 from Pedro rocha, 4.1ghz with 1.58vcore so far, but unfortunately i wont using such high volts for 24/7 on air, so more like I want to know how much volts they need for 3.6-3.8 range ( or higher with moderate volts).
