What really gets me with this heatpipe crap is that for those of us who want to change the NB cooling (anyone who overclocks) have to replace the cooling for the ENTIRE motherboard. This is a ridiculous thing to do after spending $300 on the motherboard. Perhaps they should have a version that comes with NO heatsinks for $200.
Why would you have to replace the entire cooling system? Have you used the motherboard yet to come to that conclusion?
I don't think DFI would have used this design if it wasn't effective.
