I hate ASUS with passion. Technical support is the worst of anyone else, I swear I'll never buy another product from them. To explain why - my board died over a month ago, in June. Asus fiddled with RMA for a month only to send me an earlier rev of the board (1.03 instead of 1.04). When I complained, they claimed that I've sent in 1.02 according to the serial number (which was numerically larger than the 1.03 they have sent to me!). OK, I insisted so they carried out an investigation (a few more days). Well, they confirm I've sent in 1.04 and offer an equal replacement. Guess what? A week later I recieve another 1.03! WTF! I wish Asus was just wiped off the map, they do not deserve to exist.
EDIT: Alright, I'm venting a little, but really, just how stupid they think I am? I mean, each time they attach a piece of paper where it is indicated that I'm supplied with rev. 1.04 board but on the board itself it says 1.03... Jeez, what a bunch of incompetent fools.
