Flashed back to shipping bios. Figured out whats happening.

On the 4:5 divider (1:1.25 setting), a TCL lower than 5 will cause Standby not to work (you go into Standby, try to bring it back out and the computer hangs). If I use 1:1, the problem goes away. Obviously it is a problem with the 4:5 divider and TCL. Hopefully Abit can fix it.
