You know how DFI is...Only thing you can do is shoot them an e-mail, and they will more-than-likely give you the best information they have available right now.
As for features, I think the main differance is as follows, but it's per the roadmap as I havn't inquired further:
*6-phase PWM (8 on LP)
*Two less SATA ports
*Lacks second RAID controller (Sil3132 on LP)
*1 ethernet port (2 and teaming on LP)
*Doesn't have heatpipe thinger
Judging by the P965-DARK, I imagine bios options will remain similar, and not crippled as in the past on Infinity boards.
