@x9 ratio, my P5K is a little stabler than my P5K-E.
But @x10, my P5K-E is a little stabler than my P5K.

And what about that Level 7? Was there some higher V needed or so? On other Pi it should help also I suppose.
With vanilla it was no chance of doing that? Because when I asked about it - http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...&postcount=177 - the answers was not optimistic .

How to improve "performance level" is the setting of "CPU PLL Voltage" in my system (CPU#7 & P5K-E).
Only setting it to "AUTO", the level "7" can work.
It was a blind point for me.
And I think my vanilla can work Lebel "7" if it is the same setting as P5K-E.

For Athlon XP(Barton), Athlon 64(Winchester,ClawHammer),Core2DUO(Merom), Pentium M(Dothan)

It's a basic model and the temperature management is easy.

3.Kuri-Pro 4 (70mm x 150mm / 1650g) by TAM

For P4(Prescott,Cedar Mill), Core2DUO(Conroe)

It is easy to treat, gets cold well, and LN2 cost is good,too.

4.V-TEC ARC Pot Rev.12.0XE by Vigor

Only for Pentium M780 (I got pifast WR with this pot : 07-28-2005)

It is a greeting of japanese overclockers.
It means "Best regards" in English.

Newbeetle, how much helps the watercooled Northbridge and southbridge to get te overclock stable? Is it just a matter of 1-2mhz higher than with aircooling or am I wrong here?

The advantage of watercooled might be about 2-5MHz.
However, watercooled might be considerably advantageous if becoming long distance like 32M.
For me the maximum advantage of watercooled is not to cause the flow of air.
The flow of air should be a little because it makes frost and dew on the board.
Therefore, FAN is used to cool the memory by a minimum amount of the wind.
